Institute Day

Educators from Kane County’s nine school districts participated in nearly 50 workshops on Institute Day, March 1st.  The workshops covered topics such as cyberbullying, bilingual education, school security, common core standards, the Danielson Framework, and family violence.  Workshops specific to school nurses and librarians were held as well.  The annual countywide Institute Day is part of the Kane County ROE’s commitment to fostering professional development in our schools.
